Color Laserjet Pro M252n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My printer (Color Laserjet Pro M252n) has been producing grubby pages for a while now.

It used to be ok if I sent a document from my phone, but If I did it (same document) from my PC, it would be bad.

Now though, it seems to be all the time.

I have run the cleaning option from the printer about 10 times today, and although the print output is better, it's still bad.

Toner (original) cartridges are new ( last 3 months ).

The paper type is set to "any" ( I tried Heavy, but it kept asking me to put intermediate in ).

The Paper being used is (new) HP premium paper 80 (170whiteness).

Is it kaput and time to look for a replacement?

thanks in advance
