Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting horizontal lines across my prints.  I have tried disconnecting the printer from electric supply for 60 seconds then plugging back in, I have tried both levels of head cleaning, and realigning. Nothing has helped.

All of the top of the page which includes steps 1 and 2 of the realignment copy don't print at all, all the colours are ok but all the rest of the black text has lines through it.

 

I have also tried taking out the cartridge and reinstalling it.

 

I think I may need a new cartridge?
