I installed new black/color cartridges on my printer. The Hp smart app tells me that the cartridges require registration with Instant Ink. I AM SUBSCRIBED to Instant Ink. The cartridge LED flashes on the printer display. Every time I install new cartridges, the printer unlocks and prints and the cartridge light stops flashing, but after a while the problem occurs again.
