All of a sudden the printer will not print more than one page.  If i want to print more than one I get and Error 79 message and the machine reboots.  I followed the instructions for the Error 79, but it did not help.  I was also getting an error message saying the firmware needs updating, but none exists and the printer firmware appears to be up to date.

 

Lastly, I am running non HP printer cartridges and haven't had any issues previously while running these.  

 

Trying to find a number to call HP doesn't exists so here I am.
