HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

I opened a new box of 3 color 951 cartridges for my HP 8600. The magenta and yellow are recognized fine, but the printer says the cyan cartridge has been previously used. The cartridge is full of ink and the cartridges all have the same info printed on them. How do I get HP to send me a new cartridge at no charge. I know for the time being I am S O L and will need to go to the local office supply and pay to get a new cartridge to use today. HP's support is a zoo.

To get the replacement cartridge, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue via remote assistance.
