ANYONE HAVING A ERROR INK CARTRIDGE: message pop up randomly after months of using your "instant ink subscription"? Everything was fine and dandy until one day.... I turned my printer on and bam ERORR INK CARTRIDGE... So then

i follow the steps the virtual agent tells me and  do a bunch of run arounds trying to find the problem... IN the process i do a little research about this instant ink company.. After multiple attempts. IM ANGRY because they wont send me another ink cartridge because there is a error and they cant see your ink levels...HMM SOME key advice, save your "store bought" old cartridge. Put it in your printer and If you printer doesn't have the error anymore, It proves its a issues on their end. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE MYSTRY ERRORS.
