I am SO frustrated. Bought HP 910 cartridges from Amazon, which has never been an issue before. Replaced the black one- it was fine. The color ones give me an incompatible cartridge message, and I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps (firmware, etc.). The instructions on the incompatible cartridge pages are inconsistent, and do not get me to a place where I can contact a real human (I have tried the "Out of Warranty Phone Support" and it says not available, and the virtual agent gets me nowhere). So I went to Amazon to look at doing a return, and it directs me to contact the HP site!!!!!

I am beyond frustrated, and have wasted enough time on this. It seems like I should be able to get a replacement, but it's definitely not easy to find out. I just want to be able to print in color!! (Business, not personal)
