Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I've only printed 30 pages on a new HP Office Jet Pro 9018 and had ink cartridge error, so I opened the new box of cartridges and replaced them since I had not used the printer in a few months.  Still got the "supply system Problem" for 2 cartridges, did all the online fixes & nothing worked.  Virtual agent tells me with serial# & Product# that it's out of warranty with a date PRIOR to when I bought it, and can't get any further help.  Any phone # for usa support?  I bought it at Costco, should I just take it back there?
