Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a fairly new HP950 XL black ink cartridge that seems to have been leaking massive amounts of ink.  Even after removing the cartridge and cleaning not only the printer rollers and the printer head, the black ink was blotching up in some places.  Today, I bought another new HP950 XL black cartridge and it's working perfectly.  Can I get a refund for the previous one that's hardly been used?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the defective ink cartridge. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
