My HP photosmart 5520 printer won't print in black ink.

I have an HP Photosmart 5520 printer. It will not print in black ink even though the print quality diagnostics report will print in black ink when I check the color blocks, no black ink shows. All the other colors do show. 

I can not get anything else to print in black. I just get a blank page. I have tried cleaning with wet paper towels, from a YOU tube video, and have cleaned the printhead multiple times.
