Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Printhead seems to be broken - prints only black and magenta - no cyan and no yellow (even with extensive cleaning).

Printhead removed for cleaning and then reinserted doesn't solve the issue.

Where can I buy the spareparts / Germany / - costs?

(Sending the complete printer for repair makes no sense - too expensive for a 3,5 years old printer - cost would be higher here than a new one).

Does someone have a valid store for HP printheads?
