MY HP ENVY 5052 HAS WORKED FINE UNTIL THIS PAST MONTH

IT IS PRINTING SO LIGHT YOU CAN BARELY SEE IT AND IT HAS WHITE horizontal LINES THROUGH IT

I HAVE TRIED REPLACING THE INK CARTRIDE TWICE WITH NEW AND AM STILL GETTING THE SAME THING.

I understand the print quality is not good. Have you replaced both the ink cartridges?

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Make sure you have performed the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridge, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printer.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
