Poor quality despite full cartridge(s)

Full color, ~1/2 full black original HP cartridges — and getting super light print outs. Tried running a print quality report, buuuuut can’t read it because it’s too light. Help?

@KayBarr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. Let us try these steps:

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times(step 10 and 13) and print a quality report as mentioned in this document -  Fixing Poor Print Quality

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
