Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
  1. HP Officejet Pro 6978 All in One
  2. HP Print and Scan Doctor test page prints out fine and they detect no issues but  printing from glass or computer prints out blank page. Cartridges' are 3/4 full.
  3. Have tried everything over the last several days and cannot find a fix 
  4. Wifi shows to be on and connected, printer is up to date, firmware is up to date 
  5. Have totally rebooted , reinstalled wireless connection
  6. Cleaned and aligned printheads 
  7. Thank you for any help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
