Hello.

I purchased this printer about 2 years ago and within the last 2 months there has been a crease down the center of anything I print. This crease has gotten worse over time. All drivers are up to date, the page type is set correctly, I have tried all different types of paper with the same result. I  have checked every roller I have access to with out taking the printer apart and I am at a loss as to what is wrong. Please help.  paper crease 1.jpgpaper crease 2.jpg

That type of defect is most often caused by a fuser problem. Some models are very difficult to examine the fuser on. The fuser is the component that uses heat to bond toner to the paper.

Would this be hardware-related? Is this a piece that I can figure out how to replace? I am just not sure how to correct this

Are those actual holes in the paper where the crease is or left over toner? I am looking at your pics with a different device and I can see more now.

I think it is leftover toner. Definitely not holes.
