Hello,

 

I am trying to get my printer to print some colored sheets however it is only printing in black and white.  I have installed a new color cartridge and during the test page it prints color and B&W.  I have cleaned the cartridges and aligned them.  I choose color print when printing and still prints in B&W.  I have reset factory defaults on printer.  Still no success.  Any suggestions?  Please help!  Thanks!
