I hope this is the right board to post this in. I am having problems with my printer not printing in color on my IBuyPower PC.  I found some instructions on deleting the printer software and stuff and reinstalling but that did not help.  I also have purchased an HP Laptop that did the same thing and when I followed the instructions it started printing in color.  Any ideas on how to get the PC to print in color with Windows 10?

Thank you

Hi Russ,

I have found cases where the installation process does not detect that the device is capable of color. To check if this is the issue, on your PC, go to Contro Panel>Devices and Printers> then right click the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down till you find the device type option and then change it to color.
