I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product. I have only been able to use it for a few months since I purchased it. After about 3 months of use, I had problems because the computer no longer identifies it, it frequently crashes during the scan, and when making photocopies. Eventually I changed my computer, and was able to use the printer for a few more months. Then he got completely stuck. I couldn't even consume a whole toner. I changed the original one (around 600 copies) and I didn't consume the new one. Unfortunately, I recently checked and found that the warranty has expired, being 1 year. But I wonder: how is it possible to sell a product that breaks down in a few months? I took it to the service and I was told that the logic board is defective. Now I ask: where to get the spare part? Or can I discard the product after a few months of effective use?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact national support because when I fill in the serial number on the webpage, it's only loading, and loading and can not access any other page. Very dissapointed about the printer and about the customer support.
