Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently moved from Hong Kong to UK with a HP Deskjet 3720.  I understand I need to reset the region before using UK ink cartridges.

Can HP support team give me instructions to change the region?

Thank you!  I went to the suggested Contact but could not find any support agent.  There is only virtual agent which cannot help.  Please advise in more detail.

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges after moving to a different country. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
