Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Photosmart 7520 All In One printer.  For some unknown reason the yellow has stopped working. I have replaced the cartridge twice, done several cartridge cleanings, and alignments, but it till will not use the color yellow. The other colors and black work fine just not the yellow. Can someone please help me with this issue?
