HP Envy Pro 6430
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi. I have just set up my new HP Envy Pro 6430 printer and did everything through the HP Smart app on my Windows PC. Everything went smoothly and I signed up for HP instant Ink as followed and completed the process. When checking my account, it said nothing about my free 4 months trial available. I've looked online which said where to find it on your account and it's 100% not there and not entirely sure what to do now. With it being Christmas, Live Chat/call isn't available and I'm not sure how to go about getting my free trial activated.

 

I've only just set up today so within my 7 day setup, and I have set up my Instant Ink plan and my bank details are in, with my welcome pack coming through when it is processed.

 

If anyone could help, that would be great!

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
