When can I expect to receive my FREE INK CARTRIDGES?

I purchased and set up my printer (an HP ENVY 6055) on November 17, 2020.   There is a sticker on my printer stating I get 2 months of free ink.  When I set up the account with HP Instant Ink the gentleman I dealt with said the FREE ink cartridges would be sent to my home address.  It has been a month today and I have yet to receive them.  When can I expect delivery?

Background - What is "free ink" as it relates to Instant Ink Subscription?

Instant Ink is a Print-by-Page subscription service.

Ink is supplied while the subscription is active.

Ink provided as a part of the Instant Ink subscription remains the property of HP.

It is "yours" to use during your subscription.

Details about Instant Ink are explained at the Instant Ink Website and in the Terms of Service Contract.

When?

➡️It normally takes ten days to about two weeks to receive the first shipment of Instant Ink cartridges.

There after, ink will only be sent when the printer notifies the service that ink is needed.

Unless you are expecting actual Free Ink for an entirely different reason,

The rules and contract apply to any ink sent as a part of your Instant Ink Print-by-Page plan.
