Hi @SusannaW,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet All-in-One printer is having issues specifically with printing the first page of a document, not copying, and not printing from a file, there could be several potential reasons for this problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor issues. Turn off your printer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on.
  • Check for Error Messages: Look for any error messages or warning lights on the printer's display panel. This can provide clues about what might be wrong.
  • Check Ink Levels: Even though you recently replaced the ink cartridges, it's still worth checking the ink levels to ensure they are adequate for printing. Some printers may not print properly if the ink levels are low.
  • Clean Print Heads: Use the printer's maintenance or cleaning function to clean the print heads. Accumulated dirt or dried ink on the print heads can cause printing issues.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing problems.
  • Check Paper Tray and Settings: Ensure that the paper tray is loaded correctly with the appropriate paper size and type. Also, check the printer settings to make sure they match the paper settings.
  • Reset Printer: Try resetting the printer to its default settings. This can often resolve various issues. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
  • Run Printer Diagnostic Tests: Many printers have built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify and resolve issues. Check your printer's user manual for instructions on how to run diagnostic tests.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve printer performance.

By following these troubleshooting steps, you should hopefully be able to identify and resolve the issue with your HP Officejet All-in-One printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
