Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After purchasing HP 61black ink cartridge and putting the cartridge into the printer, the printer immediately gives an error message: incompatible cartridge!!! And it won't go away even after wiping the copper tape with lint-free cloth.....and the error message is STILL there!!!! Help!! Someone help me, please!
