So i lost the first shipment and requested another. I just used that ink only to find out the system is not going to autoship because it still shows that lost ink. So from now on i have to manualy request ink. Whats the deal here this was to be automatic. How to i tell someone that ink was lost and get back on autoship

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with your Instant Ink service—it must be really inconvenient to manage this manually when it’s supposed to be automatic.
