My printer is only printing in black and pink. I tried cleaning the printhead but only pink shows up on the bottom.

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

I think I got the printer fixed. I ran through the process of cleaning the printheads again and this time did it 2 times in a row. I hadn't run consecutive cleanings because the print looked fine after one run through so I didn't think anything would change if I did a second cleaning but I see now it does do something different. It did some maintenance and then all the colors showed  up. Hopefully all is good.
