Any ideas what is causing this? Low ink , bad I rand the tests and all looked good , ( Alinge  etc)

Fixed, I noticed that some of my HP photo papers where facing the wrong way I put them in correctly and now working.

 

Another thing I noticed when the HP photo paper is facing the wrong way the ink really does not dry
