Please help!

 

I am continuously receiving error: 13.B9.C1 Fuser wrap jam even after the jam is removed. 

 

The paper feeds half way and then stops and the error then appears. 

 

I have checked the paper size and quality settings, I have checked the rollers have no obstructions, run quick calibration and attempted to run a clean page but it just gets stuck. Please can someone help me?

Under the fuser is a black plastic guide that inserts in the metal pan. This can become dislodged or fall out entirely.

It can also be caused by a failed fuser flag, in which case the fuser will need to be replaced.
