The printer prints A4 just fine, but 100% fails to print A3. It jams always at the same place: when you open the cover for the print heads it comes out what seems properly from the most backward part. It then passes over a plastic area after which it needs to enter another thing covered by a metal bar (which is under the middle of the print cartridges. That fails, it seems not to be able to enter it starting at the left. As the paper moves forward it goes upward, hits the heads and a mess ensues:

Remove the jammed paper, lift a metal bar slightly it can be lifted a few mm. Inspect the part under the metal bar for any foreign object that might be causing paper jam.
