Product: HP7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to print on paper/card up to 200gsm on a regular basis and purchased the 7740 specifically for this. However I have given up and gone back to using my Epson as every time I try with anything above 110gsm, I get a paper jam at the rear roller. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
