HP OfficeJet 8015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, We are having an issue with our HP 8015 All in One printer.
It was reading a paper jam, and when checked it looked like it had tried to take the whole ream through at once.
We located a jammed paper stuck on the underneath of the product and removed it, but the printer is still saying Paper Jam.
We have visually examined it and cannot see any signs of a jam.
We have tried turning it off and on again.
I have tried the Virtual assistant on the HP Smart App but it does not list the HP 8015.
Can anyone help? Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

  • If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
