My 3 month old 8020 printer says there is a printer jam but I can't find any jammed paper. I follow the on-screen instructions and can't clear it. the printer cartridge does not move when I try to move it. I've followed these instructions found on another post without success 8020 paper jam guidance

I understand that you are getting paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.
As you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And as the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
