I've done everything and it won't load the paper. I've tried the maze of questions on how to find support and I'm lost. Where can I call, contact or take my printer to be serviced. It is only a little over a year old...of course out of warranty. How can I get help?

Hi @KrisP3,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer is not loading paper, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Paper Type and Size: Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. The paper should be loaded in the tray according to the guidelines marked in the tray.
- Clean the Paper Feed Rollers: If the rollers are dirty or worn out, they may not grip the paper correctly. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and some distilled water. Make sure the printer is turned off and unplugged while you do this.
- Inspect for Paper Jams: Open the printer and check for any jammed paper that might be causing issues. Look in the paper path and remove any stuck paper gently.
- Reposition the Paper: Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and is not overfilled. Adjust the paper width guides to fit snugly against the paper.
- Reset the Printer: Sometimes, a simple reset can fix loading issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the HP support website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
