Hello, since a few months our M525 ADF stopped working.

Whenever we try to scan a document, it stops feeding it after eating part of the document, giving out a (fake) paper jam alert.

We checked the sensors status, and apparently there is one sensor which is marked as unreachable: it is called "paper path sensor 1" and the picture shows it on the ADF egress side.

Is there anything we can do to fix this problem? The service manual is not listing this sensor...
