HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My Printer, Laserject Pro, M252dw, tells me to reload paper but the tray is 1/2 - 3/4 full.  I have gone through the cleaning diagnostics as well as changed paper brands and checked tray settings and nothing helps.  Any suggestions?
