I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the delay in servicing my HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One Printer (Serial No: Removed), which was submitted to Rayans Computer, Bangladesh on 05/07/2025. At the time of submission, I was informed that the service would be completed within approximately 7 days.

However, despite the passage of more than a week, I have not yet received the printer. Upon following up with Rayans, I was informed that the servicing would take additional time, without a clear timeline for completion.

For your reference:

  • Rayans Job No.: WR-IDB-BO5077

  • Our Warranty Reference No.: QP2120182

I would like to request your immediate attention to this matter and a specific update on the current status of the servicing. Timely communication and service are highly expected under the terms of warranty and customer service standards.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
