Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After months of not using the printer, I turned it on and received a "jam in print paper path - open rear door and clear jam" message.  I checked all areas and there is no paper or other debris stuck in the unit.  I unplugged the printer for a few minutes to reset and the error message keeps appearing after the unit boots.
