Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model HP Officejet Pro 9015 

After printer was moved the rollers no longer extend down to grab sheets.

Watched rollers while trying a print and I can see the rollers moving.  When I remove sheets, the rollers don't fall down farther in tray leading me to believe some mechanical issue is preventing full extension

Any direction to fix would be appreciated.
