Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, can anyone tell me why the ink of the photos are sticking on my hands ? The printer is "Hp smarttank 500" it is like the colors are not fixing in the photo paper...I'm using the original hp inks.

Hello, 

 

I hope you are using a photo paper to print photos. You may have to check the Paper settings like Paper type and size. Ensure that the glossy side of the paper is facing you when you load the paper in the tray.

Use the below document on how to change the Print settings.
