Product: 3UC65A-HP OfficeJet 8020 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new HP OJ 8020 'all in one' printer.  The printer seems to print ONE page documents FAIRLY well, but not everytime.  I am trying to print a 16-page document and it JAMS everytime.  the take up mechanism is grabbing MULTIPLE blank pages and sends them through, causing a jam.  The rollers and not dirty or dusty or worn - I bought the printer on Sunday and have been fussing with it ever since!  Do I need a new TRAY or PRINTER?

Make sure when loading paper you don't push sheets too far inside the printer.

I have noticed that seems to help by GINGERLY placing a few blank sheets in the tray and moving it into place (equally gingerly).

 

which is making me think the TRAY might be manufactured slightly off if it is so sensitive/tight as to push multiple pages towards the curved 'arms' at the back of the tray ....?
