Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have just received a brand new HP Smart Tank 5100. I followd all the installation instructions but now the printer is showing E3 with orange blinking exclamation mark. I have tried to follow an online video to resolve this issue. I can find no evidence of paper jam anywhere
