C5280 says paper jam error but no jam. Tried all resetting and recommendations. No Luck.
Appears pick up roller not dropping down to pick up paper.
Can paper tray be removed to access pick up roller?

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Paper Jam' Message Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. (refer to step Solution one for input paper tray access)
