I recently tried to print my monthly printing and use statement, but my computer operating system will no longer work with your webpage.  I need to have the statements through October sent to me so that I have the records for my business expenses.  Could someone please contact me to discuss this issue.

I understand you’re unable to access your Instant Ink monthly printing and usage statements on macOS Monterey, and you need your statements through October for business records. Let’s go through some steps to help you access or download them.

    a. Try Accessing Through a Different Browser
      • If Safari isn’t working, try opening the HP Instant Ink webpage using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
      • Make sure the browser is updated to the latest version.

    b. Clear Browser Cache (if page does not load correctly)
      • On Safari: Safari → Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All.
      • Then reload the HP Instant Ink website and sign in again.

    c. Sign In to HP Instant Ink Account Manually
      • Go to instantink.com and sign in using your HP account email and password.
      • Click Print History or Monthly Statements under Account → My Plan.
      • You’ll be able to download statements month by month as PDF files.

    d. Change Browser Settings to Allow Downloads
      • If download doesn’t start, go to Safari → Preferences → Websites → Downloads.
      • Set instantink.com to Allow.
      • You can also check the Downloads folder on your Mac for saved statements.

    e. Try Accessing from Another Device (Optional but Helpful)
      • You can log in from another device such as an iPhone, iPad, Windows PC, or Android phone using the same HP account.
      • Your statements will sync across devices and can still be downloaded as PDF files.

    f. Save Statements for Business Records
      • After downloading the PDF, open it and select File → Save As to store it to your business expense folders.
      • You may also print it or email it to yourself for backup.

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much!  I have Google Chrome on my computer, but rarely use anything but Safari as I work on a Macbook Pro.  I was able to open Google Chrome and download all the statements that I needed.
