HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro CP1525n Color Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer does not take paper at all unless I go to 2ndary service menu / pick roller

Then once I restart the printer it takes one paper.

Then it does not take any papers at all and the paper roller at the front does not rotate at all.

any ideas how to solve this?
