Microsoft Windows 11

I'm just trying to determine the GSM limitations of the Envy 6020e!

I'd like to print some greetings cards, but I'm struggling to find information on what GSM cardstock I'm able to print - I just got my printer so the last thing I want to do is break it by trying to print something that is too thick!

Thanks 🙂

Welcome to the HP Community.

It's not your fault - the HP+ "e" versions of the printers do not always include all the related documents.  What?  Any document that is not in your own printer's "HP+" homepage can be found in the "not HP+" printer homepage of the same model.  In this case, I pulled Category Product Information > Topic Specifications from HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

Printer can handle Card Paper -

HP cards: up to 200 g/m² / 110lb -- Media type "Index"
