Hi @BethanyR,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're receiving an error message stating that the paper you want to use is not being loaded, there may be a few things you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check the paper compatibility: Make sure that the AgfaPhoto premium photo paper you have is compatible with your printer. You can check your printer's manual or online documentation to find out what types of paper are supported.
- Adjust the paper tray: Make sure that the paper tray is adjusted properly for the size and weight of the paper you are using. Consult your printer's manual for instructions on how to adjust the paper tray.
- Clean the paper feed rollers: Over time, dust and debris can accumulate on the paper feed rollers, causing them to slip and not pick up the paper properly. You can try cleaning the rollers with a lint-free cloth and some water, following your printer's manual for instructions.
- Load the paper manually: If the above steps don't work, you can try manually loading the paper into your printer's manual feed tray, if it has one. This may require some trial and error to get the paper alignment and position right.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
