Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In trying to solve the "grinding" noise problem on my officejet pro 8028e, the Virtual Assistant directs me to remove the rear access panel. Though there appear to be hinges on the rear of the device, they seem to be there to enable the user to open the lid. I'm unable to find the panel or to open the hinges.
