HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

Hi there

I have an HP Envy 5030 and I am trying to print some photos on Kodak paper which I have now found is too thick and it will not feed through. The printer picks up the page, but it then doesn't feed it through, however as soon as I cancel the print job, it then feeds out the page.

According to the specifications, this printer will only print up to 90gsm on A4 paper, but I can't find any photo paper this thin. Am I missing something or does this mean that I can't use this printer to print photos on A4 sheets?

I have also looked for HP paper hoping that it would show which printers it is compatible with, but no joy.

Thanks for any help offered.

Kind regards

James
