I understand you are trying to install your new printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e printer:
1. Check the Printer Connection
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
- If you're using Wi-Fi, confirm the printer is connected to the same network as your computer. You can check the network settings on the printer's display.
- For USB connections, try unplugging and reconnecting the cable.
2. Set Printer as Default
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows).
- Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e and select Set as default printer.
- Try printing a test page to see if the issue is resolved.
3. Restart the Printer and Computer
- Turn off both the printer and your computer.
- Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on and try printing again.
4. Check for Paper Jams
- Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Remove any stuck paper from the input tray, output tray, or carriage area if necessary.
5. Update Printer Drivers
