I understand you are trying to install your new printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e  Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
 

Here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e printer:

1. Check the Printer Connection

  • Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
  • If you're using Wi-Fi, confirm the printer is connected to the same network as your computer. You can check the network settings on the printer's display.
  • For USB connections, try unplugging and reconnecting the cable.

2. Set Printer as Default

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows).
  • Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e and select Set as default printer.
  • Try printing a test page to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Restart the Printer and Computer

  • Turn off both the printer and your computer.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on and try printing again.

4. Check for Paper Jams

  • Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Remove any stuck paper from the input tray, output tray, or carriage area if necessary.

5. Update Printer Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s website.

8. Clear Print Queue

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

9. Check Ink Levels

  • Verify that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink and are properly installed.
