Can’t print, using iPad Pro. No paper jam. Printer Failure 0x6100004a. Help please

HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.  Printing from ipadPro,  os 15.6.1.  Two error messages 0x100004a and paper jam.  No paper jam.  HELP.  Must print; money’s tight.

I understand you are getting an error message 0x6100004a on your HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
